Admission Guidelines

Admission Guidelines for Diploma Engineering with Respect to DTE (Directorate of Technical Education)

Window : 20 May – 16 June 2025

  • Create / log in to your account on the admission portal.
  • Select your scrutiny mode – E-Scrutiny (fully online) or Physical Scrutiny (visit a Facilitation Centre).
  • Upload clear scans of SSC mark-sheet, nationality proof, reservation certificates, etc. (PDF/JPEG ≤ 300 KB each).
  • Pay the registration fee and download both the payment receipt and your filled form.

Window : 20 May – 16 June 2025

  • E-Scrutiny : FC staff verify your uploads online.
    Track status in your dashboard (Pending → Queried → Verified). Fix any queries before 16 June.
  • Physical Scrutiny : Carry originals + one self-attested copy set to your chosen FC (10 a.m.–6 p.m.). FC scans, verifies, and issues an Application Confirmation Receipt.
  • Your form is valid only after you download that confirmation receipt.

Date : 18 June 2025

  • Log in to view your provisional rank.
  • Verify name spelling, category, quota, and marks.
  • Screenshot or print the rank page for your records.

Window : 19 – 21 June 2025

  • E-Scrutiny : click Raise Grievance, upload supporting documents.
  • Physical Scrutiny : revisit your FC with originals + proof; FC updates details.
  • Corrections accepted only during this 3-day window.

Date : 23 June 2025

  • Final ranks published — no further changes possible.
  • Same day, Directorate releases the timetable for CAP Option-Form filling, seat allotment, and institute reporting.
  • All later deadlines will appear on poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
